Trama argumental: “Road Trip” is an educational game for smartphones. This simulation is intended for students who are doing their driving license and it allows the students acquired knowledge to use in this game. The game is modeled after the reality to show the player what can happen in real traffic and what could distract the driver or what are the different factors to pay attention to. The student has to make the right decisions and to behave correctly in traffic and he will get punished just like in real life when he is not doing it. The advantage of this game is that the consequences of breaking the law or of incorrect behavior stay in this game and have no consequences in real life.
Reglas del juego: The aim of the game is to achieve a specific destination without getting in trouble with the police.First the player has to choose the sex, than the player can choose or by randomly chosen from the game itself the destination. Since the game is a simulation, the entire traffic life and its participants is incorporated into the game to show the player what can happen later in real traffic. The traffic rules are the same as in real traffic, so the player can experience the same consequences for his traffic violations as in reality, for example fines for driving too fast or illegally parking. Another option of the game is to simulate a driving test with a examiner. The trip of the driver can be interrupted by phone calls of the mother or the gilr/boyfriend like for example driving for the mother to the supermarket to get some things or pickung up the girlfriend from university. In situations like this the student has to make the right desicion, pickung up the phone while he is driving or stopping the car and turn off the motor and call the person back that just called.
A possible situation could be that a old woman or a person in a wheelchair wants to cross the street and suddenly a nice boy/girl appears and the driver focused on him/her instead of the traffic and the persons that are trying to reach savely the other side of the street. In the game can pop up a mini game where the driver has to answer questations about traffic signs, in this moments the game stops and the player has some seconds to answer the question. For every correct answer he will get points. The student also has some money in the game he has to spend for gas or the fines he got for wrong behaviour in traffic. There are always different ways that will bring the driver to the destination, one of the exercises is to choose the best way to spend as less gas as possible. To have a look for the gas is important as well in this game, for not making unplaned stops somewhere in the landscapes, highway or in the city, because this we be fined as well. Other ways to get a higher score is to drive correct and to follow the traffic rules, every right decision will bring points.

Comentarios: The game will help students to learn the traffic rules and the signs and will prepare the students for the possible risks of traffic. The function of “Road Trip” is to help against nervousness and to show the student what is important when it´s becoming serious and they are the first time in traffic behind a steering wheel and what they have to pay attention for to drive savely and not to endanger participants of the traffic. Knowledge about different important facts to save the enviroment and to prevent accidents will be mediated to the students. Getting score for correct behavior and answers will motivate the player to become better and improve the skills and increase the fun.

First screen of the game. The player has to touch the screen and push the “START” button, to start the game.
This screenhsot shows one of the situations that the driver has to handle. A big truck as against traffic in a street that is not wide enough, a blind man that wants to cross the street and the mother is calling on the cell phone. A tricky situation that expects the driver to make the right deccision.
Another situation in which the driver should pay attention for the other car and the old lady that is crossing the street and not the scantily clad girl standing at the corner.
